These peaches start the season. Generally they are ripe mid-May. We have two types of yellow cling: "Desert Gold" and "Indian Blood". The "Desert Gold" peach is the most popular peach planted in the southwest.
The "Desert Gold" peach is without a doubt the most flavorful peach. It is juicy and sweet. This peach has a red blush.
The "Indian Blood" is yellow cling peach. It has a unique flavor and makes great pies and cobblers.
White Freestone (white blush)
These peaches end the season. Generally they are ripe the end of May or early June. We have "Tropic Snow" and "Florida Prince". They are both freestone sweet and juicy. The freestone tend to be larger than the cling peaches. They are great for baking and making jams.
