The "Anna" apple is acclimatized to the southwest desert with low chilling hours required to set fruit. Early in the season this apple is excellent for pies and eating. As this apple ripens it is good for making apple juice or cider.
The "Golden Dorset" is a yellow eating apple that matures early and has a delightful flavor. This apple originated in the Bahamas Islands. It is the pollinator for the "Anna" apple.
